Greiform 1000 is formulated using highly refined hydrocarbons and a unique blend of high lubricating additives. Greiform 1000 does not contain chlorinated extreme pressure additives thus ensuring environmental benefits and reduced disposal costs.
Greiform 1000 is truly versatile lubricant that can be used in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Typical applications include fin-stamping, deep drawing, perforating, roll-forming and blanking operations. Greiform 1000 is especially suitable for fin-stamping operations on aluminium and copper sheet metal and foils for car radiator veins, air conditioning systems and heating & cooling units as well as for slitting and blanking operations on electrical steel (laminations).
Greiform 1000 is thermal vaporizable without decomposition due to its chemical composition. Greiform 1000 is compatible with Freon and even with neoteric refrigerants such as R-407C and R-410A.
