Neat oil, metalworking fluid, chlorine free

GREIBOCUT T382 CHLORINE FREE

GREIBOCUT T382 CHLORFREI is a high-performance, chlorine-free deep drilling and cutting oil engineered for demanding machining applications. Formulated with high-pressure hydrogenated base oils and an exceptionally low aromatic hydrocarbon content, it delivers outstanding lubrication while minimising health and environmental impact.

Its optimised distillation characteristics ensure a high flash point and low evaporation loss, even at low viscosity, making it a reliable and safe choice for precision metalworking operations.

GREIBOCUT T382 CHLORFREI is specifically developed for machining all types of steel and non-ferrous metals, including copper alloys and yellow metals. The carefully selected EP additives are copper-inhibited to effectively prevent staining and corrosion on sensitive workpieces.

With a high concentration of polar and EP additives, GREIBOCUT T382 CHLORFREI delivers extended tool life, superior surface finish quality, reduced smoke and mist generation, and consistently excellent cutting performance across a wide range of applications.

GREIBOCUT T382 CHLORFREI is fully compatible with standard hydraulic oils, ensuring seamless integration into existing machining systems.

Key Benefits:

  • multifunctional cutting oil
