Chlorine-free deep drifting oil
GREIBOCUT T400
GREIBOCUT T400 is a low-viscosity, high-performance deep drilling oil formulated on the basis of premium quality mineral oils. Specifically engineered for deep hole drilling and broaching operations at high cutting speeds and high feed rates, it contains a carefully balanced package of alloying components that deliver excellent cutting performance, superior surface finish quality, and significantly extended tool life.
GREIBOCUT T400 has been developed exclusively for the machining of steel materials. Optimal performance is achieved within a material hardness range of 600 to 900 N/mm², making it particularly well suited for medium to high-strength steels commonly used in automotive, aerospace, and precision engineering applications.
Even under conditions where the required operating temperatures cannot be reached due to low cutting forces, GREIBOCUT T400 ensures precise and consistent bore quality, maintaining tight dimensional tolerances throughout the machining process.
This odourless, low-viscosity formulation provides excellent heat dissipation and reliable chip evacuation, both critical factors in deep hole drilling where swarf removal directly impacts bore quality and tool integrity. Thanks to its integrated anti-mist additives, oil mist formation is reduced to a minimum, contributing to a safer and cleaner working environment in compliance with occupational health standards.
